Security

The centre is guarded by CLA Security, 24 hours a day. All areas of the centre are highly visible and well guarded to ensure the utmost care in customer safety. The centre is located within the Umhlanga Ridge New Town Centre which prides itself on safety, security and quick reaction. The town centre control room and camera monitoring facilities are situated within meters of The Crescent.

Parking

The Centre offers FREE parking for all customers, all the time. Not only is it free, but parking is widely available right outside the store you choose to visit. The Upper Level also provides a large space of undercover parking and three lifts are available to carry shoppers and trolleys between the levels.
